Information

Our trips from Sweden to Austria / Italy include bus travel / flights, accommodation with half board, Ski pass and ski school / ski adventure in the price. Our trips from the US doesn´t include flights but everything else and transfer from Milan to Canzei.

Registration fee US trip

In order for the application to be complete, you need to pay the registration fee which is 150 dollar/person. (will be deducted from the total price)

An invoice will be sent by email as soon as you have paid the registration fee. (The final payment is due Nov 1st 2022.)

Child prices only apply when the children sleep in the same room as the parents and with two full payments.

 

Note! The prices are for 7 days rent and are preliminary.
Ski and ski rental is paid directly to the rental shop!

In the event of illness or accident, it is important that you have the European Health Insurance Card that you receive from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. US guests check your own insurance.

 

Regarding insurance, home insurance usually applies (please check yourself). For the trip, general travel conditions apply for group trips and group trips. Travel confirmation with details of times was sent out after the end of the registration period. The guardian is financially responsible for the minor traveler and in the event of a return trip due to mismanagement. All prices are subject to change without control.

Cancellation

If you cancel earlier than 60 days before departure, the traveler loses the registration fee. If the cancellation occurs thereafter but earlier than 30 days before departure, the traveler must pay 50% of the trip price. If the trip is canceled later than 30 days before departure, the traveler pays 100% of the trip price.

Cancellation protection

Alplinjen AB does not offer cancellation insurance. Please check your home insurance and card insurance.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT TRAVEL GUARANTEES

The travel guarantee is a financial protection for travelers when a trip is canceled or interrupted. The traveler can then apply for compensation from the travel guarantee. The Travel Guarantee Act applies to:

Package travel

A package tour is an event that consists of transport and accommodation or any of these services in combination with a tourist service, which constitutes a not insignificant part of the event and which is not directly linked to the transport or accommodation, such as rental car, theater tickets or admission to a sporting event. A package tour must be longer than 24 hours or include accommodation. A package tour is sold at a total price or at different prices that are linked to each other. Travel guarantees must be available for all package tours, regardless of whether they are sold to private individuals or companies.

The Travel Guarantee Act also applies to the following trips if these have been purchased by private individuals:

Package-like travel

The travel guarantee covers those who buy package-like travel, i.e. journeys that consist of separate transport and accommodation services that together show a significant resemblance to a package journey. The combination should appear as a natural unit.

Chair sales

Even those who have only bought one transport can receive compensation from the travel guarantee if the transport takes place together with a package trip, e.g. on a charter plane or a bus. Anyone who only buys a regular ticket, however, is not protected by the travel guarantee.

Educational trips

Anyone who has bought a trip that consists of transport and a training stay with accommodation in the form of accommodation in a host family can receive compensation from the travel guarantee. This applies even if the accommodation is free.

The application for compensation must have been received by the Travel Guarantee Board no later than three months after the trip has been canceled, interrupted or for some other reason has not been canceled.
